Each year is different as we change up the crops we grow and what dates we plant them, but this should give you a general sense of what's in a share throughout the season. The Spring Share is known as our early “salad harvest” and MAY contain: arugula, lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, beet greens, Asian greens (mizuna, komatsuna, pac choi, and tatsoi), beets, radishes, potatoes, carrots, salad turnips, scallions and parsley.
Shares MAY contain: beans, beets, beet greens, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, collards, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, garlic, Asian greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, onions, pac choi, peas, peppers (sweet and hot), potatoes, radishes, shallots, summer squash, winter squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes (heirloom, hybrid, paste, cherry), turnips, zucchini, and herbs. PYO (pick your own) crops may include: beans, peas, cherry tomatoes, herbs, soybeans, and flowers.
