What's Happening at Canticle Farm? November Photos
In November 2009, transplanting for 2010 vegetables finished in the high tunnels. The last few carrots were harvested for the year. The Fall CSA Program ended. Our Farm Stand closed at the end of the month. Beds in the field were prepared for the winter.

These beds of kale will be harvested in the next couple of months.
Many kinds of greens are growing in high tunnel number one. These greens will be harvested for the Fall CSA shares, the Farm Stand and the Winter Vegetable Sales.
High tunnel number two is also filled with greens that will be harvested in the next couple of months.
Beds of carrots are covered with hay for protection this winter.
The garlic beds are mulched with chopped leaves to prepare them for the winter.
