Transplanting eggplant outdoors; weeding and broad-forking high tunnel beds for tomatoes.
When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tuesday, June 10
Transplanting tomatoes (indoors in high tunnels).
When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesday, June 11
Hoeing the spring greens plantings; transplanting parsley and celeriac outdoors.
When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Thursday, June 12
To be determined after we see our progress for the week!
Flexible days and times: bin washing. We're behind on washing our harvest bins and market bins. This is a fun hose-spraying job on a hot day!
