Distribution & Community Engagement Coordinator

30-40 hours/week April - October
10-20 hours/week November - March
Physical Requirements: Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Capacity to lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to complete tasks with repetitive up and down movement associated with working on hands and knees.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized person with excellent communication skills, and ability to lead, motivate and manage people effectively. Enjoyment of people and customer service is essential. Background in all three areas is required: education/nature-based learning; agriculture/gardening; and permaculture or ecological design. Wages and benefits: $25 per hour; health insurance, paid holidays, holiday pay and sick time available.
