What's Available
As a true four-season farm, we bring you a mouth-watering variety of produce all year long. Our five high tunnels allow us to supply you with delicious locally grown greens like spinach, lettuce and more. Yes, all winter long! A small sampling of the seasonal delights you'll find at the market include lettuce heads, lettuce mix, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, beet greens, beets, carrots, potatoes, turnips, radishes, a variety of onions, leeks, scallions, squash, herbs, many types of peppers, a variety of tomatoes, watermelon, cabbage, carrots, Napa cabbage, Pak choi, sweet and hot peppers, winter squash and shallots. Whew, that's a long list. You never know what you'll find, so stop by often.
Don't forget to pick up fresh-cut herbs, like parsley, dill, basil, rosemary, oregano or cilantro, to add a flavor punch to your dishes. We even have some of these herbs during the winter months. What's for dinner at your house tonight?
