Bring the beauty and soul of Canticle Farm to HomeCare & Hospice patients during the final days of their earthen journey.
Canticle Farm has grown, with love, flowers from seed to harvest for Cattaraugus County HomeCare & Hospice patients. Bouquets will include a warm note from the Canticle community sending all our love and support.
One flower bouquet is a suggested $15 donation. A $30 donation will contribute two flower bouquets, a $75 donation will provide five bouquets and a $150 donation will deliver ten flower bouquets for area Hospice patients.
